I’m thrilled to soon offer garden-to-table cooking classes at French Creek Cottage and Farm. This new venture is the culmination of a lifelong passion for cooking with organic, locally sourced ingredients. My classes will focus on preparing meals that are not only delicious but deeply nourishing, using produce picked right from our organic vegetable garden. It’s a chance to engage directly with the food you eat, from Farm to Table.
The cooking classes will be an extension of my holistic approach to incorporating lessons on the benefits of nourishing our bodies through food and how to maximize flavor while fostering health. I look forward to sharing my original recipes, many of which have been passed down through generations, as well as new creations inspired by the diverse produce I grow here. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a curious novice, these classes will enrich your understanding of food and its vital role in our well-being.
